Laura Edgar

I have come across this Laura Edgar a few times whilst searching for fibre artists. I believe that her work is very inspiring as she mixes her techniques to create innovative pieces. Laura creates her pieces using an elclectic mix of textiles, haberdashery, paper, paint, embroidery and beadweok.

This piece has been created using a wide range of techniques, which has inspired me to use more techniques on my future pieces. Laura has used features from the beach and sea side as her inspiration for many of her pieces. She selects a feature that she likes and creates a fabulous piece thats innovative and inspiring.
